Wow, I had the opportunity to sneak into the new building in Bal Harbour called One Bal Harbour. This building is located on Collins avenue as you come down Sunny Isles and cross over the Halouver bridge, it’s the new building located on the left hand side that is on the corner inlet. I say wow because what a location !! This building has water around the whole north part of the building which is the Intracoastal, bay and Halouver beach and on the east part which is the ocean. The best of all the worlds for people who like water, water and more water !!!
