I have pumpkin on the brain. All I can think about lately are pumpkins. Maybe its because all of the Halloween decorations have been up since August. Pumpkin pie, pumpkin ravioli, baked pumpkin seed “pepitas”, pumpkin bread, pumpkin soup, pumpkin flan, pumpkin cheesecake, Jack-o-Lanterns, the headless horseman, the Smashing Pumpkins.
