Prices for Coconut Grove townhomes are slowly on the rise. Remarkably, although this
first quarter still counts 7 distressed properties (foreclosures and shortsales) amongst the
closed sales, median prices have increased over 15% from last year. Selling times
have decreased encouragingly, plummeting from a median of 87 days to 46 days this

The market is buzzing with buyers at very price point so I feel comfortable predicting
that 2nd quarter sales will be even stronger.
