As the summer draws to an end, Toscano Condo is ramping up efforts to see a successful sell-out of the remaining developer units. Starting this month, the “Tower Units” are starting to close floor by floor and new residents are moving in nearly every day. Our “North Tower” residents who closed in the spring have joined the emerging community of professionals that are calling Dadeland home. If you have not been to Dadeland lately, check it out.
