It’s Friday morning. The sun already shines outside my window and as I turn my computer on, I hear the gentle breeze blowing through the trees. Will it be a good weekend? I’m not really sure yet, but for now I know that it’s time to show you all the best Brickell Selections I found on the market this week.
Unlike the lists we’ve done for Downtown’s section north of the Miami River, where most of the buildings are newer, selecting the best apartments in Brickell are always a bit more difficult. The tricky part of the process is due to the fact that I have to consider the newer buildings along with some of the older buildings in the southern section of Brickell Avenue. These developments, although older, feature some of the best unobstructed water views out there in the area.
