The team, consisting of Eyal and Debra Golan, have been a strong force in the condo and luxury market for the last six years, specializing in intracoastal and oceanfront residences in Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles, Aventura and Golden Beach.
Mr. Golan, originally from Jerusalem, has been a Miami resident for over 25 years. Since his relocation to Miami he has been instrumental in the management and opening of several clothing stores in South Florida. His appreciation of design and construction has carried over into his new career in real estate. Today, Mr. Golan helps his buyers not only understand the buying process, but also the construction process and the overall direction of turning their purchases into a “home”.
Mrs. Golan was born in London, England and has lived in Miami Beach since 1979. She graduated from New York University with a degree in journalism and marketing. Before moving to Miami, she returned to London where she enjoyed a lucrative career with the BBC and Sky Televisions’ magazine. Mrs. Golan believes in a concierge approach to real estate often going beyond just the sale in making sure her clients are completely satisfied and happy in their purchases, as well in the resale of their properties.
