Golden Isles Florida a deep-waterfront community located in South Florida has just completed and is now operating its new 2007 guard house. The new guard house is one of the newest in South Florida to offer hurricane impact resistant windows and doors, foamed tiled roof, air conditioning, color cameras for photographing all vehicles that enter and leave Golden Isles and a private restroom for the guards. This has been in the works for approximately 5 years and this improvement not only provides a more appealing entry but also security and positions Golden Isles as an exclusive waterfront community.
Golden Isles is across the Intracoastal Waterway from Golden Beach and both Golden Isles and Golden Beach have public streets with new guard houses. Golden Beach built its new guard house in 2005.
