Six New Sales Associates Join EWM's Aventura Office

SIX NEW SALES ASSOCIATES JOIN ESSLINGER∙WOOTEN∙MAXWELL

AVENTURA, FL (August 2, 2007) – Esslinger∙Wooten∙Maxwell (EWM) Realtors, one of the largest residential real estate firms in the U.S., announced today that six new sales associates have joined its Aventura office; David Friedlich, Jose Klahr, Judy Klahr, Esther Mantel, Robert Oberstein, and Brian Savits.

Friedlich, born in Caracas, Venezuela, has lived in South Florida for 15 years. He attended University of Florida where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and marketing with a minor in economics. He is a current member of the Realtors Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches.

Jose Klahr, originally from Colombia, has lived in the South Florida area for 25 years. He attended Javeriana University where he earned a degree in electronic engineering, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Boston University. He is a member of the Aventura Marketing Council, Institute for Luxury Marketing, Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, and the Realtors Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches. Mantel was born in Cuba, but has lived in the South Florida area for 35 years. She earned a degree in accounting from the University of Florida and then joined Price Waterhouse as a CPA. In 2002 she was awarded the Volunteer of the Year award by the Miami Herald. She holds the designation of Transnational Referral Certified Broker. In her spare time she volunteers her time with Dr. Michael Krop Senior High School assisting with fundraising efforts. She is a current member of the Realtors Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches.

Oberstein hails from Havana, Cuba and has lived in South Florida since 1969. He earned a technical degree from R.E.T.S. Electronics Institute and Associates of Science degree from Miami-Dade Community College. Prior to joining EWM he worked in real estate in the Aventura area, earning the designations as a Cendant Market Referral Specialist and Cendant Mobility Marketing Specialist. He is a current member of the Realtors Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches.

Savits is a Florida native who has been in the real estate industry for over seven years. He previously worked for a prominent real estate company in Aventura, earning accolades such as the Chairman’s Circle, Vanguard Award for sales over $5 million and $10 million in volume, Mark Leader Award, and the Real Estate Alliance.
