When I am putting a client on a search for a new single family residence, Condo, or Apartment, Pembroke Pines is a beautiful area to search. There are fantastic schools, YMCA, Shopping, Restaurants, Apartment Rentals, and Communities.
There are many schools in the area like Chapel Trail, Lakeside, Pasadena Lakes, Pembroke Lakes, Pembroke Pines, Pines Lakes, Palm Cove, and Silver Palms Elementary. The Middle Schools are Pines, Silver Trail and Walter C. Young, while Charles W. Flanagan and West Broward are the High Schools.
YMCA of Pembroke Pines is deamed to give everyone an amazing workout. The big shopping mall in Pines is called Pembroke Lakes Mall. Fabulous restaurants are the Outback Steakhouse and Red Lobster. My favorite, The Shops at Pembroke Gardens, has great restaurants such as The Pub which serves traditional British Pub/Bar food and RA Sushi Bar Restaurant serves delicious Japanese food/Bar… each featuring large televisions to watch your favorite sports teams on while dining out.

Apartment rentals include The Resort at Pembroke Pines, The Falls of Pembroke, The Marquesa, Pembroke Landings, Camden Portofino, Windsor Pines, The Winston, Harbour Cove, Blue Lake Villas, and Pembroke Gardens.
