These are just the numbers for Coral Gables, which is very small in comparison to the entire South Florida real estate market. In the entire Miami Dade county, 616 Sales have closed in the last 30 days, and in Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach a combined 2,096 home sales have closed.
