After a real slump in 2009, selling prices of Coconut Grove townhouses are slowly on the rise. During the first 3 quarters of 2011 the average selling price was $194 x SF, a 3% increase from the same period during 2009 which came in at $ $189 x SF. By contrast the same period in 2010 had average selling prices of $206 x SF a substantial 8% above 2009 numbers.
