More than 50,000 blue balloons featuring the Realtor® logo will be flying above mailboxes at open houses from the Panhandle to Key West next weekend, March 26th & 27th. It’s all part of the second annual statewide open house weekend.
The timing simply couldn’t be better for buyers as we have a great supply of homes at all price points and interest rates are still low making it an attractive time to buy. It’s also an incredible opportunity for a seller to expose their home to a lot of buyers!
EWM participated last year and is excited to be participating again this year. We’ve seen as a company where company-wide open house weekends generate more activity for our listings. We’ve been promoting the Statewide Open House Weekend to our associates and sellers and have been showcasing it on our website and in our Sunday ads.
