I read an interesting article recently titled “Ignore the Headlines” by Dan Kadlec. It was about our current real estate market and it suggested that now is the best time to buy a house. Kadlec quotes John D. Rockefeller in the article, who says “The way to make money is to buy when blood is running in the streets”.
