It’s been interesting watching our market go from a buyer’s market slowly to a balanced market, and now watch the scales tip towards a seller’s market. A few years ago, buyers would try to find properties on their own and negotiate sales without a realtor. However as we enter into a seller’s market, we’re back to buyers needing realtors because houses sell so fast. In order to find properties either before they hit the market or immediately after they hit, it’s more important than ever to hire a realtor. The days of driving around looking for real estate signs are over – homes sell before signs have time to go up, and often they sell to the first people that see them.
