In todays Miami Herald (June 10,2010) an article written by Ana Maria Lima states that people are really confused about the real estate market and the numbers and stats that keep coming out. The real estate market is up, its down, its bottomed out, the bottom hasn’t hit……well make up your minds already! All we know is the inventory at least on Miami Beach is going down and the demand is going up. Thats good news! Ron Shuffield is our fearless leader at EWM and probably one of the most respected voices on South Florida real estate. He says , “we’re selling twice as many homes today as we were a year ago as an industry and we have half the inventory.” Everyone plugs in a different formula to get their results but the reality is real estate is local, get the local facts! Thats our mantra and the reason my partner and I specialize in one area and one area only. If its outside Miami Beach we do something very simple and refer it to another agent who specializes in that location. We want our clients to have a comfort level and confidence in what we tell them.
