If you have not been on the FloridaRealtors website http://www.floridarealtors.org/ you are missing a wealth of information.
The website is for consumers, Realtors and Brokers. To sign in, a FAR member simply registers the first time to create your future log-in and password. You can download all the forms needed for any transaction, research any topic, check out the legal center and a host of other things.
As a manger, I frequently go to the site to check for information. The other day I needed some information regarding short sales and found exactly what I needed to pass on to my agent.
