There are 9 distinct neighborhoods within Forest Ridge, Old Orchard, Southern Orchard, North Orchard, Arborwood, Lake Park, Oak Park, Oak Grove, and Chapel Hill. Our sister community called The Ridge on Nob Hill is located west of Pine Island Ridge . In order to preserve Pine Island Ridge, The Ridge on Nob Hill has it’s own entrance on Nob Hill Road. There are approximately 1600 homes within these neighborhoods. Each community within Forest Ridge offers a community swimming pool and there are 8 tennis courts, 6 of which are lit for night time playing.
