This is the famous Miami Beach Castle house. The market is so bad that some people may resport to criminal activity such as insurance fraud to get rid of unwanted properties. Ciminal activity has not been proven or accused with this incident, but it raises questions of possibilities for this type of conduct if things don’t start to get better.
