Five New Sales Associates Join EWM's Coral Gables Office

CORAL GABLES, Fla. (September 28, 2007) – Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell (EWM) Realtors, one of the largest residential real estate firms in the U.S., announced today that five new sales associates have joined its Coral Gables branch office; Melanie Anderson, Brenda Corea, Nicole Feenane, Tony Fernandez and Rosa Mandel.

Anderson was born in Miami, Florida. She attended the University of Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree. She is a member of the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County.

Corea, born and raised in Honduras, has lived in the South Florida area for 17 years. She previously worked for the School of Communications at the University of Miami as a staff associate. She is a member of the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County.

Feenane is a native Floridian having lived in the Miami area for over 40 years. She was awarded the Favorite Sister award in 2001 from the Big Brothers and Big Sisters Organization. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering her time with the Catholic Home for Boys. She is a member of the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County.

Fernandez was born in Cuba and has lived in Florida for over 40 years. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami. He brings extensive real estate investment experience to his practice at EWM. He is a member of the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County.

Mandel, was born in Iquitos, Peru, and has lived in South Florida for over 34 years. She attended the University of San Marcos in Lima, Peru and Miami-Dade Community College. She brings seven years of prior real estate experience to EWM and is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. In her spare time she volunteers with UNICEF and the Humane Society. She is a member of the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County.
