Why wait? Everyone knows that the time to buy is when everyone else is running or renting. Because of the escalating problems and volatility in the stock market people should be wise and consider buying real estate again. You may not have the warm and fuzzys for Real Estate but one thing is for sure that values go up and may even go down but it never disappears!!!
