It has also gained notoriety in the art world by marketing Art+Design night every Second Saturday of the month, together with the Winwood Arts District just south, and the annual Design Miami during Art Basel with one of the most anticipated street parties of the year!

The Design District is home to Sheba, the only Ethiopian Restaurant in Miami, Michael Schwartz new restaurant, Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink, the W Wine Bistro, A – Organic Caribbean (try the baked avocado & Brie), Charcuterie , Grass & Elements.
