I should have read the Wall Street Journal this morning. What is going on with these mortgage rates? It’s very disappointing to me as a Realtor, but even more so to the buyers, who thought that they would be able to take advantage of low rates and declining housing prices. Now the rates are up again which indicates to me that this roller coaster ride is taking longer anticipated.
