Coral Gables WaterfrontGables Estates, Old Cutler Bay and Journey’s End make up some of the most valuable waterfront properties in Coral Gables. I focused on the waterfront activity in these areas over the past couple of years to see where this market has been and where it currently is. While you see a lot of ups and downs with the amount of listings, the inventory is up ever so slightly from where it was in 2013. The sold properties have remained exactly the same when you average the months of October, November and December in 2013 and 2014. Price per square foot always deviates because of many land sales that skew the numbers, but overall it has remained in the same range over the past two years. This high-end market seems to be moving along at a healthy pace without great fluctuation.
