After years of construction and $23 million top-to-bottom redesign, the updated version of South Pointe Park in South Beach will have its grand opening next Sunday, March 22nd. There’ll be free musical entertainment, refreshments and children’s activities from 3:30 P.M. until sunset. From kid-friendly interactive water features, to organic and planned landscaping design, elevated promenades offering stunning views of Government Cut and the beach, South Pointe Park will offer something for everyone. The Mayor and members of the City Commission will open the ribbon-cutting ceremony at 3:30 P.M. Don’t miss the re-opening of beautiful South Pointe Park.
