Carole Smith Awarded by greater Miami Chamber of Commerce for Residential Real Estate Excellence

Leading luxury real estate professional Carole Smith was recently honored during the fourth annual, South Florida R.E.A.L (Real Estate Achievers and Leaders) Awards. On March 12 at Jungle Island, she received the Residential Real Estate Agent designation. Smith is a longtime broker associate with Esslinger•Wooten•Maxwell (EWM) Realty International, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate for Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

A longtime Coconut Grove resident with 20+ years of luxury real estate experience, Smith is known for her professionalism and effectiveness, and for treating clients like neighbors. She specializes in homes in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Snapper Creek Lakes, Hammock Lakes, the Ponce/Davis and Old Cutler Road Estates and High Pines. Twice awarded “Realtor of the Year” by the Builders Association of South Florida, Smith has received the Distinguished Service Award from the Master Brokers Forum of Florida and is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists. Stockton of Colliers International South Florida, who received the Commercial Real Estate Broker-Team award; and Claudia Claus of Home Financing Center, who received the Real Estate Finance-Individual award. Housing Trust Group received the Developer-Affordable/Workforce award, Palmcorp Development Group received the Developer-Residential award, and MAT Concessionaire LLC (Miami Access Tunnel) received the Public Sector (P3) award.
