MLS records show that the record producer’s 40th floor residence sold for $9,250,000 in an all cash deal. The unit, which was originally listed for over $16 million dollars with a previous firm, went through several price reductions before being re-listed. Listing agent at the time of the sale was Dora Puig and Kathryn Lillis of Luxe Living Realty.
Coming from someone who looks at hundreds of properties every month, I can humbly admit that this is one of the most visually striking penthouses I’ve ever seen.
