1. Go to ewm.com. Look for the search box in the top middle portion of the page. Enter any part of a listed property address and click on search.
2. When the search results appear – select the property you were looking for by clicking on it – the full detail version of that listing should appear.
3. Now you should have the full listing view with all of the details. When price checking you should click on two links from this page – the Similar Listings so you can see what other properties in the immediate are are for sale and at what price and you should also check the Recent Sales in the area link to see what has closed in the last 24 months.
4. The pop up boxes will show you List Price, Sales Price (if the property is sold), square footage, bedrooms and baths. If you want more details on any property just click on the address to get the full property listing with all of the details. At a glance, you can tell if the property is priced to sell or priced to wait.
