He managed the Sales and Marketing Staff for seven new construction residential condominium and loft developments, consisting of over 300 residential units — from the Downtown City Market to The Historic Country Club Plaza Entertainment District. The sales from his project exceeded $200 Million Dollars.

Some of the Real Estate development teams he worked with are:
• Crown Center Re-Development
• Hallmark Cards, Inc.
• JE Dunn Construction
• The Weitz Construction Company of Des Moines; and
•  George Birt, Kansas City’s premier loft and condominium developer.

With these companies, Grant managed the marketing and sales for over $200 million of residential condominiums.

After obtaining his real estate license in 1985 in Atlanta, Georgia, Grant was a Top Producer with Re/Max of Buckhead specializing in historic homes from Grant Park to historic Buckhead. He was an early innovator in the revitalization of the downtown urban core of Atlanta, with unique-and-forward thinking unconventional loft residences from the MLK Historic District to The Castleberry Hill Arts District. This is where he owned the International Poster Gallery, “POSTR CZAR.”

In both locations, he continued to list and sell single family homes, townhouses and a vast array of the most unique residential properties.

Over the years, Grant became an avid collector of original international art and film posters:  Eastern European art posters.  “I have traveled to Prague, Warsaw, Krakow and Buenois Aires numerous times collecting from the most prominent collectors, printmakers and art galleries.” This led to his participating in exhibitions all over the United States.  He maintained an affiliation with The International Poster Fair until recently, and he has hosted exhibitions throughout Atlanta, Kansas City, San Francisco and South Florida.

“My trips to South Florida were partly why I relocated to Fort Lauderdale.” Grant fell in love with the climate, the water, the palm trees and the beach – not to mention he has family, friends, clients and collectors throughout South Florida.

Grant has a strong work ethic and is known for his attention to detail and contractual commitments.  His energy, focus and determination will serve you well.
