If we look at the purchase of $124 Billion worth of long-term U.S. securities in June, then the answer is Yes. Junes purchase was the largest amount purchased by Foreign Investors since October 2007, Private investors accounted for $105 Billion of the total.
This indicates that sentiment in the recovery is growing, and this in turn effects other markets including Real Estate.
