What a year 2012 has been for Miami real estate! Miami-Dade County is on track to have a record number of residential sales this year, beating last year’s all-time high of 28,834 transactions. In addition, inventory has come way down, prices are starting to come up, and at last we are back to a balanced market. I’m excited to see what 2013 has in store!
