Paradise Point is a private waterfront community just south of Coral GablesDeering Bay Yacht and Country Club.  It is comprised of 13 single family homes and 92 townhomes built between 1984 and 2009. The community has 2 private marinas; Royal Harbour Yacht Club Marina with 49 slips and Paradise Point Marina with 26 slips. In addition, Paradise Point has a clubhouse, exercise room, 2 tennis courts, a private beach, and a very unique boardwalk that goes through a protected mangrove forest and ends at a dock with a beautiful view of Biscayne Bay.

  • In July, 2009, 6151 Paradise Point Dr, a townhome, sold for $600,000 or $211.19/sqft. This home is 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths with 2,841 square feet and was built in 1996. The owner of this unit purchased 5848 Paradise Point Dr and used this property as part of the payment.
  • Also in July, 2009, 5848 Paradise Point Dr, a single family home, sold for $1,401,420 including boat slip #12 in the Paradise Point Marina. The tax rolls Just Market Value of this slip is $74,290, which leaves a sales price of $1,327,130 or $225.89/sqft. This home is 5 bedrooms, 4 baths with 5,875 square feet and was built in 2004.

  • In December, 2009, 5840 Paradise Point Dr, a single family home, sold for $1,450,000 including boat slip #18 and #19 in the Paradise Point Marina. The tax rolls Just Market Value for these slips are $91,750 for #18 and $85,930 for #19, which leaves a sales price of $1,272,320 or $454.40/sqft.   • Also in December, 2009, 6012 Paradise Point Dr, a townhome, sold for $688,000 including boat slip #3 in Royal Harbour Yacht Club Marina.
