My buyer just closed on an amazing deal! I was so excited for her, I knew exactly what she was looking for and when it came in the market we were there ready and prepared. It’s amazing how people go at it alone without the assistance of a Realtor. As for this deal, by\u00a0just talking with my buyer and getting to know her I got a sense of what she was looking for and in what area. I programed my computer to update me when properties that would fit her were available. Once I was notified of a new property I would let her know and show it. She was lucky that I had this set up in this way, because this particular property came on the market as a foreclosure and the same week we saw it. I had done the research and knew what the bank was looking for so we made the offer quickly and it was accepted. We worked fast and we were ready to act.<\/p>\n
It takes research and time from a Realtors end, it’s our job and we know how to get from point A to point B. A buyer does not have the resources that a Realtor can offer nor the knowledge and time. I can’t imagine my buyer doing this on her own. She was so happy and thankful, that is what we work for to see our buyers\/sellers satisfied.
