With the current real estate market, it has even more to offer. How?  Affordability of a luxury lifestyle.<\/p>\n<p>I just found a $1400 per month rental in Isola on Brickell Key for my clients, who like many, are qualified to buy, but have decided to rent for a year.<\/p>\n<p>This building features gorgeous common areas with a floor to ceiling view of the ocean from the gym, tennis court, pool and a serene view of the bay and the city.  Its location is spectacular, as Brickell Key is in the heart of Miami, yet it has a friendly laid-back pace.  In the evening, you see residents jogging or walking their dogs on the scenic path around the island.
