I got my license at the time when &#8220;Realtor&#8221; was almost universally synonymous with &#8220;used-car salesman&#8221;, and I just couldn&#8217;t imagine me doing something that felt so wrong.<\/p>\n<p>In the almost twenty years I&#8217;ve been working in Miami and especially Coconut Grove I&#8217;ve earned a reputation for connecting with the needs of my buyers. I get an innate &#8220;gut-feeling&#8221; for what they want to find, and don&#8217;t often show a property they don&#8217;t like.<\/p>\n<p> This is a happy coincidence of my basic respect for people, and has served me so very well. I feel good about <em>how<\/em> I work and my referral business has blossomed since day one.<\/p>\n<p>There isn&#8217;t a single <em>good<\/em> reason to direct someone to a property that will benefit only my own pocketbook.
