They took possession 5 weeks ago and during the last 5 weeks they have:<\/font>Assembled a team of highly skilled professionals<\/font> Cleared the contractor liens, <\/font>Renegotiated the contract with the Communication Provider, <\/font>Hired an interior decorator to finish the lobby, <\/font>Started the search for a Valet Provider, <\/font><\/p>\n

2. In the next weeks they expect to:<\/font> <\/font><\/p>\n

– Redo the lobby using as much of the furniture they have but with a cohesive design using the expertise of a decorator<\/font> – Start Valet Service when enough owners are moved in<\/font> – Finish the Spa<\/font> – Open the 2nd pool<\/font> – Work with the association of Peninsula I to reopen and fix the problem with the pool shared by the buildings.<\/font><\/p>\n

They were very professional and reassured the owners and renters that things will start happening very soon, that very soon there will be contractors working again in the building once the settlements with them have been cleared.<\/font> They also promised to call for a meeting soon with the Association to cover association matters, which were not covered at this meeting because it has to be a formal meeting to do so.l<\/font> Although we can\u2019t promise the exact date when the spa will open, we feel that in the next month or so there will be valet service in the building and the Spa \/ Gym and \/ or weight rooms and will be open.<\/font><\/p>\n

They have substantial amount of money allocated to bring the Peninsula II up to the standards of a Luxury Building with fantastic amenities. They own a bit over 100 units and realize that to sell them at the prices they expect to sell them they need to finish everything with good quality in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
