MIAMI BEACH, FL (July 11, 2016) – EWM Realty International’s http:\/\/ewm.com\/<\/a> David Hunt Solomon, part of the Esther Percal Team, announced today the $19,950,300 sale of a waterfront residence on Miami Beach, listed by EWM just 89 days ago.\u00a0 The home is located at 2920 North Bay Road and has 164 feet of waterfrontage overlooking Biscayne Bay.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Miami Beach market is thriving, and this latest sale is an example of the keen understanding held by astute sellers of today\u2019s uber-high-end global residential real estate,\u201d said Solomon, a top-producer with EWM, which is the South Florida Affiliate for Christie\u2019s International Real Estate.<\/p>\n

Over the past 20 days alone, EWM has closed the two most expensive single-family home sales in Miami-Dade County, as tallied since January 1st.<\/p>\n

The custom-built, 9,431-square-foot estate is amenity-rich, featuring seven bedrooms, seven and two half-baths, as well as landscaped gardens, expansive covered patios, a rooftop terrace, wine cellar and a large swimming pool flanked by palm trees with wide views of the Bay.\u00a0 Marked by extreme privacy, the modern-style compound is spread out over more than an acre of lushly-landscaped land.
