Today, I chose to\u00a0take a closer look at the new unveiled design presented by\u00a0the development team. I usually keep low expectations to development changes but in this case I couldn&#8217;t help but wonder whether this could dramatically change the overall potential of the project.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to reading the developer&#8217;s press release, I took a glance at the renderings and immediately noticed a\u00a0&#8220;High Street&#8221;\u00a0vibe similar to the likes of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sohonyc.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SoHo shopping district<\/a> in New York City \u00a0as well as striking similarities to other local attractions such as <a href=\"http:\/\/lincolnroadmall.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lincoln Road <\/a>in Miami Beach or even NE 39th St in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.miamidesigndistrict.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Miami Design District<\/a>. One undeniable fact is immediately easy to see: the developers plan to gear their vision more towards a walk-able,\u00a0open air environment instead of a closed mall similar to the ones found in suburban areas.
