The project, at 301 Altara Avenue, will have 227 residences and 20,000 square feet of retail. The units range from 574-square-foot one-bedroom apartments to five-bedrooms, at 3,500 square feet. They are priced from the upper $400,000\u2019s to $2.3 million. According to the South Florida Business Journal, Astor Companies paid $4.2 million for the site in 2012. <\/p>\n
