The project is scheduled to go before the planning and zoning board for approval and has been a long time in the works. This is yet another wave of redevelopment hitting Coral Gables and right in the City’s Central Business District! The plans for this building show 16 stories, 21 live-work units and 168 residential units. I know parking is always a concern and with this project there will be 343 new parking spaces. Some luxurious amenities planned are a lap pool, sky lobby, and a roof top garden. All of this is walking distance from Phillips Park, grocery stores, retail stores and restaurants.
