The chart to above shows we have grown in inventory by about 18% over the past two years. In turn, our sales are up about 27% over that same time period and pending sales are up 30%. This graph is a direct reflection of what we are feeling in the market. The market is strong, with a good amount of activity, but the increase in inventory has taken what was a seller&#8217;s market a year or more ago, to a much more balanced market this year. It is clear that the high-end market is still very active.
