Coldwell Banker\u2019s \u00a0Jill Eber was the listing agent.<\/p>\n<p>At $30 million, it is the highest priced home ever sold on La\u00a0Gorce Island, and is tied for the third most expensive sale ever in Miami-Dade County, according to MLS records.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" title=\"A1701780_101_13\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ewmrealestate.com\/blog\/files\/2013\/06\/A1701780_101_13.jpg\" alt=\"A1701780_101_13\" width=\"448\" height=\"336\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The home has 11 bedrooms, 14 full baths and 3 half-baths, with 349 feet of Biscayne Bay water frontage, yacht dockage and wide views of the Miami skyline.\u00a0 The lot size is 70,914 sq. ft. (1.63 acres)\u00a0consisting of 3 \u00bd lots.<\/p>\n<p>The home is steeped in Miami lore, as it was at one point the residence of former Centrust chairman David Paul, and ultimately a part of his downfall.
