Led by the new kid from out of town, teenagers with the urge to dance in a small town where dancing and rock music are prohibited go up against the town Reverend try to have a prom. And of course, the new kid falls for the Reverand’s daughter. One of the cutest and memorable scenes is when, Ren, the lead character teaches his friend (in the movie version played by Chris Penn<\/a>, Rest in Peace) to dance.
