The Citizen Academy<\/a> is a six week program designed to inform Village of Pinecrest<\/a> residents about their municipal government from Budget, Finance, Building and Planning, to Parks and Recreation<\/a> and the Police Department<\/a>.\u00a0 Certificates were presented by Mayor Cindy Lerner together with Village Council Members<\/a>, the Village Clerk<\/a> and the Village Manager<\/a> at the beautifully restored historic entrance of Pinecrest Gardens<\/a>.<\/p>\n
