EWM Realty International recently handled the sale of a condominium in The Setai Miami Beach for $7.8 million\u2014the highest price paid for a non-penthouse unit in the building so far.<\/p>\n

In January, a penthouse unit in The Setai sold for $27 million.<\/p>\n

This particular unit is a three bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2,258-square-foot condo directly on the water.<\/p>\n

The $7.8 million sales price breaks down to approximately $3,454 per square foot.<\/p>\n

Lourdes Gutierrez, of EWM’s Coral Gables-South Miami office, represented the seller. Gutierrez also represented the buyer in a $7.2 million sale of a condo in The Setai last June.<\/p>\n

The Setai Miami Beach includes both hotel and residential components, and is located at 2001 Collins Avenue.<\/p>\n
