Brickell CitiCentre is a $1.05 billion mixed-use development that is to include 2.9 million square feet of luxury, mix retail, office, residential, hotel, restaurants, and entertainment space spread over a four-block area connected by bridges and covered walkways. The developer of Brickell Key has unveiled its long-awaited plans for a nearly $700 million urban shopping and mixed-use development.<\/p>\n<p>The project will be built on 9 acres along South Miami Ave., between eight and sixth street. It will create 1,700 construction jobs and 3,700 jobs after completion. A project that aims to create a retail destination unseen before in Miami\u2019s urban core.
