Born and raised in a small town in the Ural Mountains of Russia,\u00a0Violetta Kashapova<\/strong> graduated from South Ural University in 2003, where she\"violetta-brickell studied financial disciplines and majored in Accounting. \u00a0In Russia, she worked as an accountant for a large railroad company.<\/p>\n

In 2004, Violetta made a life-changing<\/strong> decision.\u00a0 She moved half way \u2018round the world to South Florida. She has lived in several cities in Miami-Dade County: \u00a0Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, Downtown and Brickell. Knowledge of these areas gives her an edge over most associates.<\/p>\n

Violetta worked in the hospitality field where she became keenly aware that great customer service<\/strong> is the key<\/strong> to a successful business. \u201cI believe that the downward shift in the Real Estate industry has created a paradigm shift<\/strong> in the minds of its professionals.\u00a0 Exceptional customer skills are important today like never before.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the near future she sees herself building a successful Real Estate career, learning Spanish, dancing Zumba and launching her professional website.<\/p>\n

Violetta is an enthusiast of Bickram Yoga (the one that is done in 104 degrees), healthy eating, and the \u201cgreen\u201d movement.\u00a0 She believes that the human spirit could change the world and that the sky is the limit. She believes it and lives it.<\/p>\n
