Cero tolerancia para sorpresas como el caso de alguien pagando por una propiedad comparable un precio a\u00fan inferior a un corto n\u00famero de semanas luego de su adquisici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Un <strong>ejemplo<\/strong> palpante de \u00e9ste dilema es el caso de una propiedad a venta, la cual tras ser observada detalladamente, le invoca al analista, agotado de recursos, la imagen de una escopeta recortada en una pel\u00edcula de terror \u00a0como posible \u00a0instrumento de triangulaci\u00f3n da la escala de precios, en otras palabras, la diana es demasiado grande. La conclusi\u00f3n de que es ciertamente ardua la tarea de colocarle un precio a \u00e9sta propiedad a la hora de elaborar una oferta y presentar un contrato seguramente ser\u00e1 compartida por los lectores.<\/p>\n<p>Me explico: <strong>La historia<\/strong> es que actualmente se encuentra ofrecida a la venta una casa -con medio acre de terreno pero un s\u00f3lo ba\u00f1o y en una avenida transitada- ubicada en la fabulosa ciudad\u00a0<a title=\"South Miami\" href=\"http:\/\/casaenmiamionline.com\/viviendo-en-miami\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">South Miami<\/a>.\u00a0De manera simult\u00e1nea, los veh\u00edculos de mercadeo empleados por el banco incluyen (no exclu\u00edmos que haya otros) una casa de subastas de internet llamada Auction dot com y el MLS \u00a0(Multiple Listings System) que usamos los agentes inmobiliarios profesionales de la Florida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En Auction dot com:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong>&#8220;<span style=\"font-size: 18px;
