Back then I remember telling all my buyers that Brickell Avenue was the best location in Miami because you were always just 15 minute from everywhere. These clients were business people from South America and Europe, young professionals just starting out with jobs in Coral Gables or Downtown or right on Brickell, college students at UM or FIU or Miami-Dade, and even empty-nesters looking for convenience, security and comfort. I told them all that they could get to South Beach by taxi to party, be at the office in Coral Gables in no time via “reverse commute”, bicycle to Key Biscayne for our best beaches, and easily get to Coconut Grove, Dadeland and Aventura for shopping, dining, and entertainment, all from this beautiful, waterfront, central location. \"palaceentrance.jpg\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Well, all that is even more true today. With the advent of Mary Brickell Village places like Perricones, Provence Grill, River Oyster Bar and Tobacco Raod all look like geniuses as the world has beaten a path to their door. The skyline is changing rapidly and people are moving into the city almost as fast. This makes the oldies even more goodies.<\/p>\n

There are tremendous values in the original Brickell condos from the 70’s and 80’s. Some are even iconic: The Atlantis, Villa Regina, The Palace and The Imperial at \"buildings.jpg\"<\/a>Brickell. The designs of the units, the quality of their construction, the large room sizes, and their experienced staffs together with their prime waterfront locations still make for gracious and convenient living.<\/p>\n
