I find myself \u00a0frequently working with out of town buyers either Europeans or Northerners looking for a condo in Miami Beach.\u00a0 With all the condos available in the market you’d think this would be an easy project.\u00a0 The tricky part is that many of my buyers are looking for a place they can use occasionally and rent when they are not here.\u00a0\u00a0 Although there are a number of apartment-hotels that offer a rental programs, I often hear\u00a0feed-back that these units tend to be small and not very comfortable.<\/p>\n

The Yachtclub at Portofino<\/strong><\/p>\n

In my various forays into this market, my top-choice building would have to be The Yachtclub at Portofino.\u00a0 Please click here<\/a> to see the range of units currently available.\u00a0 The building offers 24 hour valet parking and security, there is a gorgeous gym overlooking the marina with his and hers saunas, there is a tennis court,\u00a0\u00a0pool and hot tub.\u00a0 There are grilling and dining areas set up in the vicinity of the pool overlooking the bay.\u00a0 There is a Club Room for meetings or entertainment.\u00a0 There is a convenience store on the ground floor for all your basics from milk and cereal to wine and risotto.\u00a0 The beach is just a 3 block walk away.<\/p>\n

SOFI – South Of Fifth<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Yachtclub at Portofino is located in SOFI (South of Fifth) one of Miami Beach’s best neighborhoods and The Best condo area on the beach.\u00a0 The surrounding condos\u00a0are luxury buildings where units are priced in the millions.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 There is lovely\u00a0South Pointe Park \u00a0for relaxing and exercising.\u00a0 There are some of Miami’s best restaurants: Joe’s Stone Crabs<\/a>, Smith and Wollensky<\/a>, Prime on Twelve, Fratelli La Buffala<\/a>, Red Steakhouse and many others.\u00a0 It is a pleasure to live in SOFI.<\/p>\n
