South Miami Single Family Home Market Update<\/strong>I\u00a0have spent the past couple of months working with a lovely\u00a0family that is returning to Miami.\u00a0\u00a0 I have been showing them homes in the\u00a0South Miami area.\u00a0 We recently saw two new listings at very interesting prices at 6021 SW 64 Avenue and 5361 SW 65 Avenue<\/a>.\u00a0 So interesting that one of them already has an offer (after only 1 week on the market!)<\/p>\n

The home on 64 Avenue is a 3 bedroom 3 bath, 2,444 SF \u00a0pool home.\u00a0 The asking price is $425,000 ($174 x SF) a really terrific price considering it is right on a canal and has its own dock.<\/p>\n
